User agreement

User agreement

This Agreement is an official offer (offer), which is addressed by the Company in charge of the Site, on the one hand, to the person intending to use the Site, regardless of the purposes of such use, on the terms specified in the Agreement (User), on the other hand, before performing these actions, familiarize yourself with this User Agreement (Agreement), and fully and unconditionally accept it, expressing acceptance of the offer, in the manner and on the terms specified in the Agreement.

Terms and their definitions

  1. Agreement – this User Agreement, posted on the Internet at: https://homejoyre.com/user-agreement.
  2. Company – OOO «M2B-GROUP», INN: 7702832838, OGRN: 1147746150826, address: 123100, Moscow, Shmitovsky proezd, house No. 3, building 3, office 16, e-mail: info@hnjproperty.com.
  3. The User is an individual who does not have legal restrictions for the acceptance of this Agreement, acting on his own behalf and in his own interests.
  4. Website – the Company's website located at https://homejoyre.com.
  5. The content of the Site is a set of results of intellectual activity (RIA), as well as each RIA separately, representing the following information content, including, but not limited to: any text information, images, photographs, links, videos, audio recordings, and so on, the copyright holder of which is the Company.
  6. Device – various mobile communication devices (mobile phones, tablets and their analogues), or other devices that emulate their use, as well as computers, laptops and their analogues.

The preamble

  1. The Parties have agreed that the User who uses the Site is considered to be familiar with the terms of the Agreement in full, and fully and unconditionally accepts their terms. In turn, the Company undertakes to provide Users with a constant opportunity to study the provisions of the Agreement by providing access to the Site.
  2. By continuing to use the Site, the User confirms that he is not in a state of confusion (significant or insignificant) about the characteristics and functionality of the Site, the terms of the Agreement and his own actions. The User accepts that, in accordance with this Agreement, the Site is provided "as is" for use within the limits specified in the Agreement and/or other documents (unless expressly provided otherwise), including without limitation any documentation, improvements and updates, and the Company does not provide any guarantees or conditions (express or implied by law and/oror business practices) regarding anything, including integrability, satisfactory quality and suitability for use for specific tasks. The Company also does not guarantee that the Site is error-free, will meet the User's requirements, or that the Site will function properly when used in conjunction with any other software or hardware. The Company does not and cannot guarantee the results that the User can obtain by using the Site. All risks related to the quality of work and performance of the Site are borne by the User.
  3. A User who does not fully or partially agree with the terms of the Agreement and/or its appendices is not entitled to use the Site, and is obliged to immediately stop such use.

The procedure for accepting the agreement

  1. The acceptance of this Agreement is considered to be made by the User at the time of using any functions of the Site, including familiarization with the Content of the Site.

Subject of the agreement

  1. The Company grants the User the right to use the Site through the reproduced graphical part of the Site interface, the Site Content on the Device screen, to interact with the Site interface to perform the following actions: (1) Familiarization with the Site content, (2) Ordering a callback, (3) Switching to the messenger to send a message to the Company, (4) Other functionality (if available).
  2. The use of the Site is allowed provided that the User provides consent to the processing of their personal data, as specified in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
  3. The Company has the right to unilaterally amend the Agreement by publishing the Agreement in a new version on the Website.

Restriction on the use of the site

  1. When using the Site, the User does not have the right to perform actions aimed at distributing, selling, translating, modifying, reverse engineering, creating derivative works from the Site, or perform other actions that violate the law.

Intellectual property

  1. The exclusive rights to the Site, the Content of the Site, and any other of its contents belong to the Company, all rights to these objects are reserved.

Final provisions

  1. In the event that certain provisions of the Agreement cannot be applied to the specified extent due to legislative restrictions, they are subject to replacement by provisions as close as possible in their meaning to the original ones, and are subject to application in an amended form (including to already established legal relations).
  2. Invalidation in whole or in part of one or more provisions of the Agreement does not entail the invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement or the Agreement as a whole.
