Amara is an ode to Tilal Al Ghaf – the final brushstroke of a masterpiece, completing the community.

The twin villas showcase an interplay between pairs of adjoining volumes, recession one-third of each twin villa to create a space for the entrance. The exterior architecture and design in turn create a dynamic street façade. Platonic volumes interlocking, reinforced with the simple elegance of the subtly textured and patterned finishes.

The plot sizes range from 3,400 sq. ft to 4,000 sq. ft, whilst the BUA measures from 5,047 sq. ft to 5,413 sq. ft. The properties consist of 3 floors and have a private elevator. The architectural concept of amara was created by the award-winning architect Nabil Gholam. Gholam is French-Lebanese, specialises in urban planning and is the founder of Nabil Gholam Architects. Bergman Design House worked on the interiors of these deluxe residences. The firm chose a light and organic colour palette, complemented with Zen layers.

Semi-outdoor areas introduce greenery into the living quarters,facing the community park on one side and the public realm on the other – beautifully framing the scenic landscape.
