Description of the residential complex
Oakwood Residence is a 19-storey residential building with additional areas allocated for commercial real estate. The project was developed by PJSC "Deyaar Development" and Dubai Properties Group and completed in 2012.
The complex has a total of 344 apartments with one and two bedroom layouts. The apartments range in size from 58 sq. m (625 sq. ft.) to 146 sq. m (1570 sq. ft.).
