Tranquil Wellness Residences is a unique wellness residential tower in Dubai developed by Wellcube Hospitality focused on wellness concept in an urban setup. Tranquil will not only be a real estate asset but also a home for people who care about sustainability and want to embrace wholistic living

Wellness hotels are a specialized category of hotels offering comprehensive wellness services for guests. The tower of the Hotel Tranquil is designed to provide a comprehensive wellness holiday, as well as facilities for organizing events for our guests and residents of the complex.

Investors are guaranteed 25% REVPAR (income per room). Depending on occupancy, the investor will receive a return on investment (ROI) of 8.5% with a conservative forecast and a return on investment of up to 15% with an optimistic forecast. We offer our investors a guaranteed minimum return on investment of 5% of the purchase price plus at least 2% of the purchase price as wellness benefits depending on the apartment purchased.
